All online credit card transactions are protected by the latest SSL encryption technology, ensuring that any information you send is totally secure. We will not share any details with other companies and only contact you if there is a query relating to your order.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched within 3 business days. All items are fully insured against loss or damage in transit and require a signature upon receipt.

Returns Policy

All our silver plectrums and pendants are sent in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied simply return your item within fourteen days and we will either send you a replacement or give you a refund. We will only give refunds or replacements if the item is returned in original condition. Please note we cannot give refunds on items once they have been customised with engraving. This does not affect your statutory rights.
